Registered Psychotherapists are healthcare providers who are committed to helping clients restore and maintain optimal mental health and decrease and eliminate symptoms of distress. They are Master’s level clinicians trained to provide therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches, as certain approaches have been found to be effective for treating specific types of psychological concerns. During sessions, the therapist helps clients gain insight into presenting concerns, explore possible contributing factors, and develop new coping skills and strategies to affect a healthy shift.

Services are covered by most extended health benefits providers. Please check with your provider to be sure of your coverage prior to your first appointment. Reduced rates may be requested on a limited basis in extenuating circumstances.

In the supervised practice model, the treating therapist has completed the required training as a psychotherapist to deliver psychological services under the supervision of a psychologist. I hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) at California Southern University and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University with a Specialization in Cognition and Perception. I’m designated as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I have over 11 years of clinical experience in the field. I am trauma-informed, ADHD/neurodiversity-informed and diversity/culturally sensitive. — At my core, I am client-centred, ethics-driven, and outcome-oriented, making me determined to see you experience positive shifts quickly.
